Lamb Burger
Burgers and beer are one of the great food and drink matches. Having hoppier ales is all the rage these days, but sometimes gentle and understated is still best. It’s just delicious to have an ale that supports the beer. Smooth ales also work well with this. The smoothflow system puts nitrogen (as opposed to Carbon Dioxide) into the beer. Nitrogen bubbles are smaller than CO2 bubbles, and so it gives a creamier taste in the mouth which combines well with the fat in the burger.
