Cuts: Leg steaks

Temperature: 220°C
Cooking method:
- Peel and slice the potatoes into wedges and put in oven at 220°C for 25 mins.
- Add lamb leg steaks to hot griddle or BBQ and cook for 2 mins each side for medium rare or 6 mins for well done.
- Meanwhile blitz together the ingredients for the salsa in a food processor, or use a pestle and mortar.
- Season and serve with steaks and chips.
